Early access · Gurgaon / NCR
Your leads answered in seconds. Your day run from one screen.
Reando builds two tools for real estate brokers and channel partners: an AI that qualifies every inbound lead on WhatsApp before you pick up the phone, and a terminal that runs the deal from first call to commission received.
Built for the Gurgaon luxury residential market. Mobile-first, because you are in a car.
The clarity layer for real estate.
Data. Context. Confidence.
All in one place.
Qualified Leads
Every inbound engaged on WhatsApp in seconds and scored out of 100, with the reasoning attached.
Intelligence Reports
Pricing, demand and absorption per corridor — every figure carrying its source and the date it was last verified.
Broker Network
Co-broke with trust scores and written splits, so posting real inventory stops being a risk.
Developer Comparison
Delivery track record, financial strength, price appreciation, sentiment and transparency — scored side by side.
Two products
One qualifies. One closes.
PropTech AI
Every inbound lead engaged on WhatsApp in seconds, and scored out of 100 before you call.
A portal lead is worth almost nothing an hour after it lands. PropTech AI opens the WhatsApp conversation immediately, holds a real exchange about budget, configuration and timeline, and hands you a scored lead with the reasoning attached.
- Answers on WhatsApp within seconds of the lead arriving
- Scores five dimensions to a 0–100 total with a written reason per dimension
- HOT, WARM, COLD, DEAD or FRAUD — with fraud as a quarantine, not a score
- Drafts replies grounded in your inventory, and is barred from inventing a price
- Matches leads to units and units back to buyers with one shared scorer
- Wakes dead leads once at 30 days, because nurture is nearly free
DealFlow Pro
The screen your day runs on: who to call right now, and how much you are owed.
Not a CRM with a real estate skin. A dense, fast work surface designed at 390px first, for a broker standing at a site or sitting in traffic — closer to a trading terminal than to a sales dashboard.
- Home screen answers exactly two questions: call whom, owed what
- Swipe triage, shortlist builder, and a client share page you send on WhatsApp
- Co-broke network with trust scores and written split agreements
- Commission tracked to the rupee, including advances
- Market intelligence with a confidence tag and provenance on every figure
- Document vault and title check alongside the deal they belong to
Why not an aggregator
Aggregators organise you. Reando arms you.
The big channel-partner platforms exist so a developer has one point of contact and every broker under it becomes a sub-broker. Your leads sit in their system, your conversion is their reporting line, and the relationship you built belongs to the platform. Reando inverts that. Your leads stay yours, your pricing intelligence is built from your own closings, and the only party the software reports to is you.
Your data, your book
Leads, conversations, shortlists and closings live in your workspace. Nothing is pooled into a marketplace you compete inside.
Portals sell you the same lead five times
PropTech AI answers in seconds and scores intent before a human spends a call on it, so speed stops being the whole game.
Intelligence nobody can buy
Asking prices are public. What projects actually close at is not — and every deal you record makes your own number sharper.
The landscape
Everyone else is solving the developer's problem
There is real technology in this market, and it is good at what it was built for. It was just not built for you. Two categories dominate, and both point the same direction — upward, toward the party that signs the cheque.
Aggregator platforms
Built for the developer's distribution
A developer gets one point of contact; brokers underneath become sub-brokers on the platform.
- Your leads sit in their system
- Your conversion is their reporting line
- You compete inside the pool you feed
Enterprise AI vendors
Built for the developer's marketing budget
Propensity models over millions of historic leads, predicting which segments and micro-markets deserve marketing spend.
- Scores markets, not the conversation in front of you
- Trained on a portfolio you do not own
- A multi-year enterprise engagement, priced accordingly
Reando
Built for your book
An AI that talks to your buyer on WhatsApp and tells you who to call, and a terminal that runs the deal to payout.
- Your leads, your workspace, never pooled
- Scores the actual conversation, with reasoning
- Priced for a firm, not a procurement cycle
A model that predicts which micro-market converts is genuinely useful — to whoever is buying the ads. It does not tell you whether the man who messaged you at 11pm last night is worth calling before lunch. That question is the whole of a broker's day, and it is the one Reando answers.
Where the difference actually shows
| Developer-side AI | Reando | |
|---|---|---|
| What gets scored | Segments and micro-markets, from historic data | The live conversation with this buyer |
| Contact with the buyer | None required — models run on aggregate behaviour | A real WhatsApp exchange within seconds |
| Who it is sold to | Developers and enterprise marketing teams | Broker firms and channel partners |
| Who owns the data | The platform, pooled across its partners | Your firm, in your own workspace |
| What you get back | A propensity score and a spend recommendation | A call list, ranked, with the reasoning attached |
| Time to value | A multi-year integration programme | Onboarding measured in days |
| After the lead | Handed back to whatever you already use | Shortlist, share page, co-broke split, commission to received |
How they fit
Two products, one pipeline
They are sold separately and each stands alone. Run together, the handoff is the point: PropTech AI decides which conversations deserve a human, DealFlow Pro is where that human closes them, and every outcome you record flows back to sharpen the scoring.
- 01
Lead lands
Meta ad, portal, website or a channel partner referral drops into one inbox.
- 02
AI qualifies
WhatsApp conversation opens in seconds; budget, configuration, timeline and intent get established.
- 03
Score and route
A 0–100 score with per-dimension reasoning. Fraud quarantined, dead leads parked for reactivation.
- 04
Broker works it
HOT leads surface at the top of the terminal with the full conversation and matched inventory attached.
- 05
Close and reconcile
Deal, commission, advance and payout tracked to received — not just to booked.
- 06
Feedback loop
Real call outcomes are fed back, and the scoring is checked against them rather than tuned to look good.
The scoring engine
How the score is actually built
Most 'AI lead scoring' is a model asked for a number. Ours is a model asked for five judgments, with the business rules sitting on top as deterministic gates — so the score is auditable, testable, and does not drift when a prompt is edited.
Intent signal
30Is this person trying to transact, or browsing?
Budget fit
20Computed, not judged — the stated budget against the real price floor.
Process engagement
20Site visit, documents, loan conversation, willingness to be called.
Configuration specificity
15'3BHK on Golf Course Extension' is not 'something nice'.
Conversation depth
15How much real information the exchange produced.
Fraud is a veto, not a number
Fraud and quality risk is scored separately and never counted in the 100. It is a veto, and it needs corroborating signals before it quarantines anyone — a private buyer declining to give a name is common, not suspicious.
Rules that sit above the model
- HOT needs a 70 total AND a raw intent score of 14 — a source bonus can move the total but can never unlock the label.
- An unaffordable budget caps the label no matter how good the conversation was.
- A terse, high-urgency first message is floored at WARM instead of being punished for being short.
- Borderline cases are flagged for a human rather than silently resolved.
- Labels hold at boundaries, so a lead hovering at 70 does not page you every turn.
Under the hood
Built the boring way
Deterministic where it matters
Every business rule that decides money or a label is code with a test, not a line in a prompt.
Grounded replies
The drafter may search the web for possession dates and RERA status. It is blocked from sourcing your price or your availability anywhere but your own inventory.
Audited after the fact
Every AI reply is stored with the exact context it was given, then re-checked offline so a defect is found and fixed rather than repeated.
Data access is a boundary in code
Only three tables can ever reach a model prompt, and widening that list fails the build until someone reviews it.
Questions
Straight answers
Do I need both products?
No. PropTech AI is useful on its own if your problem is lead volume you cannot answer fast enough. DealFlow Pro is useful on its own if your leads are fine but your book lives in WhatsApp and Excel. Together they share one pipeline.
Does this replace my existing CRM?
DealFlow Pro is designed to be the tool you open twenty times a day, so for most broker firms it does. If you are contractually on a developer's CRM, PropTech AI can sit in front of it and only pass through leads worth a call.
Who owns the leads?
You do. Your workspace is yours, and nothing is pooled into a shared marketplace where you compete against the platform's other partners.
Is the WhatsApp integration official?
Yes — Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API on a verified business number. Business-initiated messages use templates that Meta approves, which is a setup step we walk you through during onboarding.
What does the AI do when it does not know something?
It says so and defers to you. It is specifically barred from answering how Reando is paid, from ranking developers, and from giving a verdict on whether a price is fair. An agent that invents authority is worse than no agent.
Which market is this built for?
Gurgaon and NCR luxury residential, deliberately. Corridors, price bands, stamp duty rules and buyer behaviour are modelled for that market rather than generalised into uselessness.
See it against your own pipeline
The demo is not a slide deck. Bring a week of real leads and we will show you what the scoring does with them.
